Cullen as President and chief operating officer. Cullen will lead all business development and operations activities in order to strengthen and enhance relationships with TensorComm's carrier partners as well as,handset and chipset manufacturers around the world.

With 24 years of experience in the telecom and cable industries, Cullen's background includes senior leadership roles in sales, marketing, business development and strategic investments. He brings seasoned expertise in business development and management, most recently from his role as executive vice president of Charter Communications, the nation's fourth largest cable operator.

Previously serving as president of MediaOne Ventures while also leading the Internet Services Organization for MediaOne's U.S. broadband organization, Cullen guided a team that interfaced with the venture and start-up communities to identify investment opportunities and strategic partnerships. Through his extensive telecom experience, he also deeply understands the needs and concerns of the wireless carrier market.
